Making Main Streets Queer Again!
At my day job, we helped supply a major retailer with Pride flags. When the campaign ended, we were left with excess flags in our warehouse. Rather than let them sit unused, we donated them to LGBTQ+ organizations who distributed them to small businesses—local cafés, bookstores, barbershops—places that wanted to show visible support.
The feedback was immediate: “Our flag was stolen.” “It was torn down.” “We put another one up anyway.”
Then the retailer stopped stocking them altogether. Around the same time, many companies began pulling back on DEI efforts. Visibility was fading, but the need was still urgent.
That moment sparked something in me.

I founded Queerky—a queer-owned brand on a mission to make Pride part of everyday life. We create bold, joyful accessories—totes, hats, headwraps, stickers—not just to wear, but to stand for something. With every purchase, we continue donating Pride flags and stickers to small businesses eager to say, “You are welcome here.”
Because Pride is not a trend or a one-month moment. It’s a message. A flag in a window might seem small—but to someone walking by, it could mean everything.
Shopping Queerky means you’re helping keep that message visible, loud, and alive—all year long.
